Rick Metsger was nominated by the President to serve on the Board of the National Credit Union Administration and he took the oath of office on August 23, 2013. NCUA Board Member Metsger has extensive public policy and private-sector experience in the areas of financial services, consumer protection, taxation, transportation and strategic communications. A long-time credit union supporter, Board Member Metsger will provide his perspective on CUSOs and the important role of collaboration among credit unions as well as the role of the regulator in overseeing the management of the investment and operational risks in CUSOs/collaborations.
