The NACUSO Board held a planning session at the Headquarters of PSCU Services in Tampa on September 25. The session was moderated by Board Member Fredda McDonald. Strategies were developed to increase membership, improve the conference experience and provide more member communication. The new monthly newsletter is part of the increased member communication.
