NACUSO Announces Director Election Results at 2008 Annual Conference

Las Vegas, Nev. (April 28, 2008) Following the close of business April 24, 2008, eligible members of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) had cast their votes to determine the election of their newest NACUSO Board Directors. The election results were officially announced Monday afternoon, April 28, during the NACUSO Members’ Annual Meeting, part of the NACUSO 2008 Annual Conference proceedings, at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel. Doug Petersen, CEO of Workers’ Financial Services, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, now begins his first term serving on the NACUSO board.

There were seven nominees vying for two Open seats that do not require a specific affiliation, and one nominee vying for one Platinum Partner seat. Platinum Partner Vic Pantea, President/COO, Member Gateways, LLC, South Bend, Indiana, retained his seat on the NACUSO board. Pete Snyder, President of SCS, Snyder Consulting Solutions, LLC, Rocklin, California, also retains his seat on the NACUSO board. Pantea, Petersen and Snyder were elected to terms expiring in 2011.

Officers for the NACUSO 2008 Board of Directors are as follows:

Chair: Dave Serlo, President/CEO, PSCU Financial Services

Vice-Chair: Pete Snyder, President, SCS, Snyder Consulting Solutions, LLC

Treasurer: Lisa Renner, President & CEO, CU Holding Company, LLC

Secretary: Judy Sandberg, Senior Vice President, Gateway Services Group, LLC
