CU*Answers announces new mobile self-service options for credit unions

CU*Answers, the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based core data processing CUSO, recently announced starting Monday, October 5th, credit unions will have access to more self-service options through the new Mobile Manager functionality of CU Publisher. Credit unions will have the ability to update their mobile app homepage advertisements, button labels and content within their credit union mobile app, as well as mobile app analytics. CU Publisher is CU*Answers’ content management system with built in PHP and follows the model-view-controller (MVC) architectural pattern. This allows CU*Answers to process versioning and deployment updates with almost zero down time.

Kristian Daniel, VP of Mobile Technologies Group, said, “CU*Answers developed its first mobile app for credit union clients several years ago. Over the years, we have continued to add new features and functionality at no additional cost to clients. Behind the scenes, the Internet Retailer Support Center has used the CU Publisher system to manage those apps for clients, updating ads and other details. Passing that control over to the credit unions themselves, for those that want that flexibility, was the next logical step. It’s an exciting addition to an already robust mobile app and toolset.”
