To be added to a waitlist: Please complete our hotel request form. In most cases, we are able to accommodate rooms at the blocked rate as rooms open up due to cancellations and changes. Currently we are able to assist with rooms, please just allow a few days for the confirmation. As soon as the reservation is booked, you’ll get a confirmation from the Wynn or the Encore. Upon receipt, you’ll need to contact the hotel to secure the reservation with a one night’s deposit. If you have any questions, please email Shawna@nacuso.org.

To guarantee a room at the Wynn: you can book at their current public rates. We will do our best to request a rate adjustment so that your room rate is adjusted to $299 (plus tax and $25 resort fee). Please complete our hotel request form to request a rate adjustment.
