Jalyn Lindeman, an Xtend veteran, will be promoted to oversee the Communications team at Xtend, a Grand Rapids-based CUSO. Jalyn has been with the organization for five years, working in the Xtension Contact Center for inbound calls, then moving to the Communications team where she quickly took on a leadership role overseeing outbound sales and the client education programs offered by Xtend. The Communications team is responsible for all in and outbound member communications for the over 150 credit unions who have partnered with Xtend for awareness, education, marketing and lead generation.
“I have seen Jalyn take on challenge after challenge, tackling each with tenacity,” said Liz Winninger, president and CEO of Xtend. “We could not be more excited to see her move into this role, though I have seen her taking on the role well before discussion of the title came into the picture. We have big things planned for our clients in the years to come. Jalyn and her team will be instrumental in moving Xtend and our credit unions forward with new technology, member journey and communication approaches.”
