CU*Answers’ “Win the Lottery” program greatly increases the depth and breadth of online documentation in its first year

CU*Answers reported that in its first year running the “Win the Lottery” program over forty employees across have participated. An outreach of the CU*Answers Writing team, the program pairs writers with subject matter experts across the network to move knowledge previously in the heads of seasoned employees into shared documentation resources.

Participants in Win the Lottery include employees who work at CUSOs CU*Answers, Xtend, CU*NorthWest and CU*South. Through their efforts these employees have shared their knowledge through new knowledgebase items, enhanced booklets and help, and in other documentation to add to the depth and breadth of CU*Answers’ shared online resources.
